abstract | (57) [Abstract] (Modified) [Problem] To provide a cured product excellent in low-temperature curability, excellent in weather resistance, chemical performance, physical performance, and finished appearance, and low in toxicity, low odor, and particle dispersion. Provided is a urethane coating composition having excellent stability. SOLUTION: A non-aqueous polymer dispersion (A) containing the following polymer as a dispersion stabilizer, and an acrylic resin or a polyester resin having a hydroxyl value of 20 to 120 and a weight average molecular weight of 2000 to 100,000 or both ( A urethane coating composition containing B) and a polyisocyanate compound (C), wherein the polymer as the dispersion stabilizer is (a) a hydroxyalkyl group-containing α, β-unsaturated monomer And (b) a urethane having a structure obtained by polymerizing an α, β-unsaturated monomer having an alkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms as an ester side chain, and further comprising (d) ring-opening addition of ε-caprolactone.
