abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber-modified styrenic resin having both good fluidity of a resin and good impact resistance of a resin molded product in a well-balanced manner. SOLUTION: In the presence of a rubbery polymer, at least one styrene monomer selected from a styrene compound and a compound copolymerizable with the styrene compound, or a styrene monomer and a monomer copolymerizable with the styrene monomer. In producing a rubber-modified styrenic resin by radical polymerization of a rubber-modified styrenic resin, one or more selected from substituted hydroxylamines such as N, N-diethylhydroxylamine are added and polymerized. Production method. In this production method, a radical polymerization initiator is used at the time of polymerization. |
