Disposable dual chamber reaction vessel for amplification reaction, reaction processing station and method of use |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a disposable reaction container for an amplification reaction which does not involve a risk of contamination by eliminating the trouble of opening and closing an amplification tube. SOLUTION: This is a two-part disposable reaction container, comprising: a first piece provided with a first chamber containing an amplification reagent; and a second piece provided with a second chamber containing an amplification enzyme. A first piece and a second piece are each securely connected to the dual chamber The fluid sample in the piece is configured to enter the second chamber. |
