titleOfInvention Opto-electric cell and method for producing metal oxide semiconductor film for opto-electric cell
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic cell having a high adsorption amount of a spectral sensitizing dye, high reactivity with a spectral sensitizing dye, smooth electron transfer in a semiconductor, and improved photoelectric conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: An electrode layer (1) is provided on a surface, and the electrode layer is provided. (1) Metal oxide semiconductor film with spectral sensitizing dye adsorbed on its surface An insulating substrate on which (2) is formed and an insulating substrate having an electrode layer (3) on the surface are arranged such that the electrode layers (1) and (3) face each other, and metal oxide is formed. In an electric cell in which an electrolyte is sealed between the oxide semiconductor film (2) and the electrode layer (3), at least one of the insulating substrate and the electrode has transparency, and the metal oxide semiconductor film (2) A photoelectric cell comprising anatase-type titanium oxide particles.
