(57) Abstract: Provided is a battery separator that reduces the internal resistance of a battery and improves battery characteristics such as high-rate charging and discharging, and a battery using the same. SOLUTION: By giving a surface potential to a separator surface, ionization of an electrolytic solution is promoted, and the mobility of ions of the electrolytic solution is increased. In order to have a surface potential, the separator is coated with inorganic oxide fine particles or the like. |
