titleOfInvention Electron beam irradiation device
abstract (57) [Problem] To apply an electron beam for surface treatment of a granular material, the electron beam is applied to only one surface when transported on an endless orbiting conveyor. The shaded side receives the electron beam and passes through the electron beam irradiation device unprocessed. The purpose is to allow the electron beam to strike the entire surface of the granules. SOLUTION: A water-cooled vibrating conveyor is used as a conveying means.
