titleOfInvention | External preparation for skin disease treatment |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an external preparation for treating skin diseases, which contains sodium cromoglycate and has a sufficient therapeutic effect in treating skin diseases. SOLUTION: Sodium cromoglycate, N-acyl sarcosine or a salt thereof, a higher fatty acid having 10 to 18 carbon atoms and 1 carbon atom are added to a base (eg, polyacrylic acid gel). A higher fatty acid ester which is a reaction product of an alcohol having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a dicarboxylic acid having 2 to 10 carbon atoms or a salt thereof, and a reaction product of a hydroxycarboxylic acid having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and an alcohol having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. At least one transdermal absorption enhancer (eg, lauric acid diethanolamide, urea, glycerin, etc.) selected from the group consisting of a certain hydroxycarboxylic acid ester, fatty acid ethanolamide, keratin softener and humectant is contained. An external preparation for treating skin diseases characterized by the following. |
