titleOfInvention | Inkjet recording material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly transparent OHP (overhead projector) film which suppresses the occurrence of cracks in an ink absorption layer made of alumina hydrate, has excellent ink absorbability, and suppresses bleeding. An object of the present invention is to provide a high-quality inkjet recording material that can be used as a photographic recording material having a glossy or glossy feel. In an ink jet recording material having an ink absorbing layer provided on a support, the ink absorbing layer contains alumina hydrate and a reaction product of an aliphatic aldehyde and polyvinyl alcohol. The alumina hydrate is preferably a pseudo-boehmite-structured alumina hydrate, and the polyvinyl alcohol is preferably a polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of polymerization of 2,000 or more and a degree of saponification of 88% to less than 100%. |
