titleOfInvention Chelate resin purification method for copper electrolyte
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chelate resin purification method capable of reducing the burden on circulating use of a washing solution of a chelate resin and waste liquid treatment and smoothly performing an adsorption cycle and a desorption cycle. A copper electrolyte containing harmful impurities is cleaned. An adsorption cycle in which the impurities in the solution are adsorbed on the resin by passing the solution through the resin, and the obtained electrolyte is circulated to the electrolytic cell, and the impurities adsorbed on the chelate resin are separated by a desorption solution composed of an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid chloride. After desorption, the desorption solution is treated by a sulfurization method or the like, and then, in the chelate resin purification method including a desorption cycle in which the desorption solution is circulated again as the desorption solution, at least two rinsing effluents after adsorption and desorption are removed in accordance with the drainage time elapse order. After fractionation, the last fraction is passed through a strongly acidic cation exchange resin to form a circulating washing solution, and the other fraction is sent to a waste liquid end treatment facility. When the washing effluent is fractionated into three, the first fraction is used as a replenisher for the electrolyte and the desorption solution.
