abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] Excellent photocatalytic activity (antibacterial and antifungal properties) and transparency, A photocatalytic film having a sufficient level of conductivity for preventing static charge is formed on the surface of a substrate (eg, a cathode ray tube). SOLUTION: (A) A dispersion liquid in which titanium oxide supporting a metal (eg, silver) is dispersed in an alcohol containing a β-diketone and a titanate-based or aluminum-based coupling agent; A photocatalyst paint mixed with a solution of a hydrolyzate obtained by at least partially hydrolyzing silane is applied to a substrate, and dried by heating to form a photocatalyst film.
