abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent slitting property at the time of producing a film and a magnetic recording medium, have excellent running properties and electromagnetic conversion characteristics as a magnetic recording medium, prevent dropout, prevent abrasion and abrasion.
