Fluoropolymer substrate for electric circuit and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract |
There is a need for a method of forming a fluoropolymer composite sheet that is thicker and that does not crack when the composite sheet is dried at an economical rate. There is also a need for a fluoropolymer mixture that minimizes the number of passes required to form a thick layer on a glass fiber fabric. A filled fluoropolymer composite substrate for an electric circuit board according to the present invention is shown in the form of a circuit board. The conductive sheet 14 is preferably a metal sheet such as copper or aluminum. The fluoropolymer composition used for the above-described filled fluoropolymer composite substrate is a composition comprising a particulate first fluoropolymer resin and a dispersion of a second fluoropolymer resin. |
