(57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide an aminoalkylphosphonic acid as a linker, To provide a nucleic acid probe having a different three-dimensional structure on a phosphorus atom in a nucleic acid probe in which a central portion of the nucleic acid sequence is labeled with an intercalator. SOLUTION: Structural formula 1 (wherein P * is an optically active phosphorus atom, R1 and R2 are DNA oligomers each having an arbitrary sequence, R3 represents an intercalating dye linked via an appropriate linker), and a stereo probe on its phosphorus atom has an optically active phosphonate diester bond.
