PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing with high activity and high selectivity without generating tar-like substances under mild reaction conditions compared to the conventional Ullmann reaction using copper. SOLUTION: In the presence of a base having tri (tertiary butyl) phosphine and a palladium compound as essential components and a base, the following general formula (1): (Wherein, R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or a benzyl group, X represents chlorine, bromine or iodine, and n represents 0 or 1). A diarylamine is reacted or an aryl halide is reacted with an aniline derivative. |
