titleOfInvention | Lithographic printing plate substrate, lithographic printing plate, and method of manufacturing lithographic printing plate |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a lithographic printing plate substrate with excellent printing durability and with a non-image portion resistant to contamination without special conditions, and a lithographic printing plate using the substrate and a method of manufacturing a lithographic printing plate. . In a lithographic printing plate substrate comprising a support and a hydrophilic layer provided thereon, the hydrophilic layer contains a microgel and optionally contains inorganic fine particles. An image-forming material is adhered imagewise to the surface of the hydrophilic layer by an ink-jet method, and an lipophilic image layer composed of the image-forming material is formed on at least a part of the surface of the hydrophilic layer. On the surface of the heat-sensitive layer, the heat-sensitive transfer layer of a heat-sensitive transfer sheet comprising a heat-sensitive transfer layer provided in the form of a sheet is brought into close contact with the heat-sensitive transfer layer, and then heated from the heat-sensitive transfer sheet side in an image-like manner. Transferring a heat-sensitive transfer layer corresponding to the heated portion to form a lipophilic image layer composed of the heat-sensitive transfer layer on at least a part of the surface of the hydrophilic layer. The lithographic printing plate obtained above. |
