titleOfInvention Organic compound decomposition apparatus and organic compound decomposition method using the decomposition apparatus
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic compound decomposer capable of easily and efficiently decomposing an organic compound liquid or a liquid containing an organic compound causing environmental pollution, and an organic compound decomposer using the decomposer. A disassembly method is provided. An excimer light emitting unit having an internal electrode is provided. And a metal container 4 arranged outside the excimer light emitting section 2 and filled with a liquid of an organic compound or a liquid containing an organic compound. And a power source 6 for applying a voltage between the internal electrode 3 and the metal container 4 to perform a dielectric barrier discharge. The above-mentioned problem is solved by decomposing a liquid of an organic compound or a liquid containing an organic compound, which is filled with the excimer light emitted from the excimer light emitting section 2.
