titleOfInvention | Cleaning method for packing tower |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for washing a packing material for a packed tower, in which a used packing taken out from a packed tower can be easily washed to a level at which it can be recycled. SOLUTION: A method for washing a packing made of an inorganic material to which a gel-like adhesive substance which is a reaction by-product from a polymerizable compound adheres through gas-liquid flow contact in a packing tower. (1) a pretreatment step of swelling the gel-like adhesive substance by immersing the used filler in a monoterpene-based solvent after use, (2) a main washing step of performing the barrel washing of the filler after the pretreatment step using the monoterpene-containing emulsion washing solution, and simultaneously removing the gel-like adhesive substance separated and floated from the filler, (3 After the above-mentioned main cleaning step, the post-treatment step of rinsing the filler and heat-treating and drying it is included. |
