(57) [Problem] To provide a vinyl alcohol-based polymer exhibiting remarkable water resistance when used in combination with a water-proofing agent. Further, the present invention provides a vinyl alcohol polymer having excellent reactivity such as a crosslinking reaction. SOLUTION: A vinyl alcohol polymer containing 0.01 to 20 mol% of a monomer unit having an iminoether ring structure. |
