abstract | (57) [Summary] An anion-selective electrode based on an anion-exchange membrane has an improved selectivity, and obtains an electrode with high measurement accuracy of a biological sample such as blood. In an anion-selective electrode based on an anion exchange membrane in which a quaternary ammonium salt or the like is covalently bonded to a polymer, a hydroxyl group is added to the polymer before the anion exchange group is covalently bonded to the polymer. A covalent bonding treatment is performed, and thereafter, an anion exchange group comprising an onium group such as a quaternary ammonium group is covalently bonded to the polymer. |
