PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent wave pretreatment agent capable of suppressing a decrease in lysine from hair due to the elution of lysine from constituent proteins of hair by permanent wave treatment and reducing damage to hair. I do. SOLUTION: A permanent wave pretreatment agent containing lysine or its hydrochloride is prepared, and before the hair is subjected to permanent wave treatment with the first agent for permanent wave, before the permanent wave containing lysine or its hydrochloride, Pre-treat the hair with a treating agent. The content of the lysine or its hydrochloride in the permanent wave treating agent is preferably 0.01 to 5% by weight in terms of lysine. |
