abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation which has skin-following properties, is excellent in appearance of a preparation having few wrinkles, for example, and is excellent in drug absorption. SOLUTION: In a percutaneous absorption preparation in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a drug and an absorption promoter is provided on one surface of a support substrate, the support substrate mainly comprises (a) an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic diol. A polyester / ester block copolymer comprising: a hard segment comprising a polyester as a component; and (b) a soft segment comprising a polyester comprising an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol of the following formula (1) as main components. A percutaneous absorption preparation wherein the weight ratio of the hard segment to the soft segment is 20 to 70% by weight: 80 to 30% by weight. HO (CH 2 CH 2 O) n H (n = 2 to 5) Formula (1) |
