titleOfInvention Antibacterial masterbatch for resin, antibacterial resin pellets and antibacterial resin products
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To increase the antibacterial effect of a resin mixed with an antibacterial agent without increasing the amount of the antibacterial agent. SOLUTION: An appropriate ratio of a dispersing antibacterial agent in which an antibacterial component comprising an amino acid metal having a fatty acid group having surface activity is supported on a suitable carrier and a main antibacterial agent comprising a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent. The masterbatch kneaded at a high concentration in a predetermined resin into granules of a predetermined size is mixed at the time of product molding, or a product is molded using pellets kneaded at a product concentration.
