(57) [Problem] To provide a simple surface treatment of concrete by using a two-component cement-setting retardant composition which is stable for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The following formula (1): (In the formula, R represents an alkylene group. X 1 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and X 1 may be different depending on n. X 2 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom. n represents an integer of 1 to 20) and a liquid (A) comprising an unsaturated polyester resin having a structure represented by the following formula as a main repeating unit and a polymerization initiator. (Liquid B) and a liquid (liquid B) comprising a polymerizable diluent and an accelerator. When the solution A and the solution B are mixed and applied to the concrete surface, they quickly solidify and form a cement setting retarding coating layer. By washing out the contact surface with the coating layer after concrete hardening, the surface treatment of the concrete can be easily performed. |
