abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a stable method for producing a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film having excellent film thickness accuracy, film strength, and the like. SOLUTION: An extruder is used to melt-extrude raw resin pellets comprising a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer from a T-die onto a casting roll to obtain an unstretched film, and then biaxially stretch the unstretched film. In a method for producing a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film, a gear pump is provided between an extruder and a T-die, and the gear pump is operated and maintained under specific conditions.
