abstract (57) [Summary] Akabane virus infection and Ainobane virus infection are detected by PCR using primers prepared based on different sequences between the nucleotide sequence of Akabane virus S RNA and the nucleotide sequence of Ainovirus S RNA. This is a method for determining virus infection. [Effect] Akabane virus infection and Aino virus infection can be distinguished easily and with high sensitivity.
