PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the recovery of a catalyst metal from a spent polymer electrolyte fuel cell, and at the same time, to recover a fluorinated polymer having a sulfonic acid, thereby improving the efficiency of the main materials of the polymer electrolyte fuel cell.
