PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain titanium oxide, zinc oxide or cerium oxide particles excellent in dispersibility and suppressed in catalytic activity and cosmetics using the same. SOLUTION: A polymerization catalyst is formed on the surface of an oxide particle selected from titanium oxide, zinc oxide or cerium oxide, and a polymerizable monomer is polymerized on the catalyst, whereby the oxide particle is a high molecular weight polymer. Is characterized in that it covers the surface. |
