abstract | (57) [Summary] (Problem corrected) [Problem] A method for producing modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) by a suspension polymerization method using perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether and / or perfluorodioxole as a comonomer. A portion of the comonomer corresponding to 15 to 90% by weight of the total amount is supplied at the beginning of the reaction, and the remaining comonomer is added during the reaction so that the comonomer is incorporated at a constant rate in the polymer chain. Feed and use perfluorinated surfactants and buffer salts, some with redox reaction and some with radicals from the thermal decomposition of persulfate, with the reducing agent used as an initiator together with the reducing agent. It is operated at a polymerization pressure of 15 to 30 bar using sulfate. |
