Surface treatment member and surface treatment method |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To prevent a user from feeling uncomfortable when a person touches a high heat conductive member such as a metal that has become hot or cold. In this configuration, a special paint or a resin coating material containing a heat insulating material or air bubbles is applied to the surface of a member that has been heated or cooled. For example, an air void is created by previously mixing the foaming material 10 in the paint 6 and foaming at a high temperature, and a reduction in the restoring force peculiar to the foaming material is top-coated with the bead-based paint 11 to reinforce it. |
