titleOfInvention | Measurement cell for surface plasmon resonance biosensor and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a measurement cell for a surface plasmon resonance biosensor capable of obtaining good sensitivity even when a small amount of a physiologically active substance is immobilized, and to provide the same. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a measurement cell and a surface plasmon resonance biosensor using the measurement cell. SOLUTION: It has been found that, when a physiologically active substance is immobilized via a vapor-deposited polymer film, good sensitivity can be obtained even when a small amount of the physiologically active substance is used. |
