titleOfInvention Full vacuum insulation box, refrigerator using the full vacuum insulation box, and method of manufacturing and dismantling the full vacuum insulation box
abstract [Problem] To easily evacuate, obtain lightweight and uniform strength characteristics, reduce residual gas, suppress gas intrusion from the outside, and maintain the entire interior of the heat insulating wall in a vacuum state. In addition, it is easy to disassemble the heat insulating wall after discarding it, so that each member can be easily recycled. SOLUTION: The inner box 22 and the outer box 23 forming the outer shell 21 of the heat shield box and the triangular structural members 24, 25, 26 inserted in the outer shell are not fixed by an adhesive or the like. In order to maintain the state by only vacuum contact, and to disassemble after disposal, the atmosphere is introduced into the inside by cutting the outer shell surface to return to the atmospheric pressure state, and then each member is separated.
