PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid bleach composition which is stable even in an alkaline region and does not decrease in bleaching power during storage. SOLUTION: Percarbonates are dispersed in a medium such as a nonionic surfactant, and the percarbonates are coated with at least one coating component selected from a carboxylic acid polymer and a polycarboxylic acid.
