SOLUTION: A reaction tank 1 for reacting a Ca source with a fatty acid in the presence of a base oil to produce Ca soap; a first reaction product drawn from a lower part of the reaction tank to a cooling step 5 Pipeline 2; second pipeline 3 for guiding grease after the cooling step to adjustment step 6; third pipeline 4 for guiding grease after the adjustment step to product tank 7; cooling connected upstream of the cooling step An oil introduction pipeline 8; and an adjustment oil introduction pipeline 9 connected upstream of the adjustment process. Each of the cooling step 5 and the adjusting step 6 includes the line mixers L1 and L2, or the static mixers S1 and S2 and the line mixers L1 and L2 are arranged in series in this order. |
