abstract (57) [Summary] [Problems] (a) an adenylyl cyclase active substance; (B) Use of cyclic 3 ′, 5′-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and salts and derivatives thereof, and (c) a phosphodiesterase inhibitor for the production of a composition for reducing scars. The present invention comprises (a) an adenylyl cyclase active substance, (b) cyclic 3 ', 5'-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and salts and derivatives thereof, and (c) a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. Provided is the use of one or more substances selected from the group for producing a scar reducing composition. These substances are responsible for cAMP in the wound It works at increasing levels, thereby reducing cell proliferation and scarring. Preferred substances are forskolin, dibutyryl cAMP, lysophilin and isobutylmethylxanthine (IBMX).
