abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To continuously manufacture microspheres with as little driving force as possible. A dispersed phase (O) supplied to a dispersed phase chamber (27) inside a partition member (26) through a supply port (23) enters a gap (31) with a plate (22) through a supply port (29) of a substrate (25). The dispersed phase (O) that has entered into the continuous phase (W) as particles of a constant diameter when passing through the microchannel 33 under the pressure of a pressurizing means such as a pump, and forms microspheres.
