titleOfInvention | Sports drink from 2 hours before exercise to after exercise |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] The metabolic characteristics of fructose are inhibited by the secretion of insulin from the pancreas during the burning of body fat, while fructose requires the secretion of insulin. Not so that the burning of body fat is not hindered. The use of fructose also contributes greatly to athletes and sports people to prevent obesity, because of the sustained satiety due to physiological functions and stable blood sugar levels. [Solution] Fructose is mainly metabolized in the liver. Although it absorbs slowly, once it is taken into the liver, it is used as an energy source much faster than glucose. This is because in the liver, the activity of fructokinase, a fructose kinase, is higher than that of glucokinase and hexokinase, glucose kinases. This metabolism is not related to insulin. Using the above metabolic function of fructose, it is used as an energy source from 2 hours before exercise to after exercise. |
