abstract [PROBLEMS] To improve the storage stability of an epoxy resin composition using a phosphorus-based curing accelerator. SOLUTION: The following 1) to 4) 1) epoxy resin 2) curing agent 3) (a) an epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule, and (b) one or more epoxy group in one molecule. A reactive diluent having (c) a curing agent and, if necessary, a cured product obtained from the (c) curing accelerator, wherein a phosphorus-based curing accelerator is included in the cured product. An epoxy resin composition containing an inorganic filler.
