titleOfInvention Dispersion method of fumaric acid
abstract (57) [Summary] (With correction) [Problem] To dissolve fumaric acid, a substance having extremely low solubility, without heating or the like. A fumaric acid suspension is obtained by adding water to a finely divided fumaric acid raw material, adding and dispersing a specific surfactant and a thickener, and diluting the suspension. Insoluble precipitates of fumaric acid particles which have conventionally been produced can be greatly reduced, and a very stable and highly soluble fumaric acid solution can be obtained.
