The plurality of particles of the present invention include one or more discontinuous polymer shells, wherein at least one polymer shell is at least one monomer having two or more double bonds polymerizable by a free radical method. Crosslinked, the particles further comprise a core material encapsulated in a polymer shell, wherein the plurality of particles comprises from 1.3 to 1.3. It has a polydispersity of 1.0. |
