abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a means for directly observing and grasping the internal state of the stratum corneum of the skin. Preferably, the skin stratum corneum infiltrated with a fluorescent dye is grasped by means of dye infiltration into the stratum corneum of the skin from information on the vertical axis and information also on the horizontal axis with respect to the skin plane. As a result, it has been found that this problem can be solved.
