(57) [Summary] [Objective] Production and use of hard collagen softened body which is like a jellyfish obtained by controlling the hydrolysis conditions of decalcified collagen of fish scale and has excellent texture. [Structure] After immersion in a weak alkaline solution, about 10 times the amount of water is added to collagen which has been sufficiently washed and washed, and then subjected to boiling hydrolysis or pressure decomposition until an insoluble hard collagen softened body is obtained. |
