abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a chemical fertilizer obtained by decomposing and organizing a chemical fertilizer by crushing and kneading a plant waste material and a chemical fertilizer with a fiber planting machine. SOLUTION: By crushing and kneading in a fiber planting machine 1, plant waste materials are separated into fibers and mixed with a chemical fertilizer. Then, the microorganisms (bacteria) in the kneaded plant wastes are used to decompose and organize the chemical fertilizer to obtain an organic fertilizer.
