Splittable acrylic fiber, acrylic fiber sheet and nonwoven fabric sheet using the same |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To improve sheet strength in a sheet using acrylic fiber as a papermaking material. In addition, in a non-woven fabric sheet for synthetic leather using acrylic fibers, a good texture similar to natural leather is imparted. An acrylonitrile-based polymer is contained in an amount of 30 to 90% by weight and at least one or more additive polymers. 70% by weight, and the splittable acrylic fiber having a fiber diameter of 8 μm or less is used as the base fiber. At least 80% of the splittable acrylic fiber is fibrillated. |
