titleOfInvention One-part moisture-curable urethane sealant composition
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a urethane sealant composition excellent in heat aging resistance and excellent in shape retention over time while maintaining a high curing reaction rate. (A) A number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 700 Urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a mixture of polyether triol and polyether diol so that the equivalent ratio of NCO groups / OH groups becomes 1.1 to 2.5. And (b) as a catalyst (i) an imidazole-based catalyst having a content in the sealant composition of 0.05 to 0.4% by weight, and (ii) The content in the sealant composition is 0.05 to 0.25% by weight. One-part moisture-curable urethane sealant composition comprising a catalyst having a morpholine structure.
