titleOfInvention | Anti-fog material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] It does not require high-temperature treatment, has the same or higher transparency, peelability, and weather resistance as conventional products, and has the same properties as coatings obtained by a firing method. An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-fogging material having a surface hardness of the order, reducing the difference in refractive index from the base material, reducing the reflectance, and having a long-lasting anti-fogging effect. SOLUTION: (1) Titanium oxide and a metal oxide having a different refractive index from titanium oxide or an oxide containing titanium and a metal, (2) a noble metal particle, and (3) an antifogging material containing a transition metal . The production of the anti-fogging material, which comprises adding a fluorine scavenger to an aqueous solution containing at least a fluoro complex titanium compound, a fluoro complex metal compound, a noble metal colloid particle or a noble metal compound, and a transition metal compound to form a precipitate.
