abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for effectively cleaning a structure such as an automobile, a building outer wall or the like without using a cleaning agent while maintaining gloss. SOLUTION: A cleaning water supply device 1 is composed of a raw water tank 2 for storing raw water, a large number of fine tourmaline formed in a cylindrical shape and a hollow portion thereof, and a binder containing a zinc-boron component. A washing water generation tower 3 containing the granular tourmaline compact 15 and a pressurizing pump 4 for transferring raw water stored in the raw water tank 2 to the washing water generation tower 3 are provided. Then, the raw water is reformed into cleaning water by coming into contact with the tourmaline compact 15 in the cleaning water generation tower 3. By using this cleaning water, it is possible to effectively wash structures such as automobiles and building outer walls without using a cleaning agent while maintaining gloss. |
