abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a filter that extinguishes the filter itself even when the filter is exposed to a flame, does not contain halogen gas in generated smoke, and does not adversely affect the environment. SOLUTION: Based on the production of a filter using a combination of materials containing no halogen such as chlorine, components such as a web material, a binder and a flame retardant are selected, and 10 to 80% of cellulose fiber and acrylic fiber (90-α) are selected. % To (20-α)%, a heat-fusible thermoplastic fiber α% (α is 0 to 15), and a halogen-free fiber web containing a halogen-free thermoplastic resin added with a phosphorus-based flame retardant. A non-halogen, flame-retardant, heat-resistant filter having a pressure and pressure loss of 40 Pa or less, which is combined with a binder as a main component.
