titleOfInvention | Sterilization container, instrument holder used for the sterilization container, and sterilization method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization container having an improved instrument holder for reducing an area which sterilization gas does not reach, an instrument holder and a sterilization method. The sterilization container is an improved elastic device holder. 6. The instrument holder 16 has a projection 30 which is accommodated in a hole passing through a perforated surface in the sterilization container in a state of hanging from the panel for fixing the panel. Holes 42 and 44 through the panel are suitable for containing and holding instruments to be sterilized. Hole 42 And 44 are suitable for reducing the area of contact with the instrument contained within the hole. The inner surfaces of the holes 42 and 44 may include chamfers suitable to form sharp water diversions 62 that contact the device. The contact surface may be roughened to reduce the contact area with the device. Alternatively, the inner surface of the hole may be formed of a material that can sufficiently transmit the sterilizing gas, so that a sufficient amount of the sterilizing gas can be received so that the contact surface with the instrument is sterilized. |
