PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protein capable of binding to oxytocin, a DNA encoding the same, a vector containing the DNA, and a transformant which holds the DNA in an expressible manner. A protein capable of binding to oxytocin, A DNA encoding the same, a vector containing the DNA, and a transformant carrying the DNA in an expressible manner. More specifically, the present invention relates to a protein capable of binding to biologically active oxytocin obtained from human uterine muscle tissue, a DNA encoding the same, a vector containing the DNA, and a transformant carrying the DNA in an expressible manner. |
