abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that prevents light fatigue of the electrophotographic photoreceptor due to repeated use and a rise in residual potential due to the photo fatigue. SOLUTION: In an organic electrophotographic photosensitive member having a photosensitive layer provided on a conductive support, the photosensitive layer contains a bisazo compound of the general formula [I] and one kind of an amine compound of the [II]. An electrophotographic photosensitive member characterized by the following. (Wherein, X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group, and Y represents -CONNH = CH-Ar (Ar represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group or an aromatic heterocyclic group)) (In the formula, each of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4, and R 5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a halogen atom, or an aryl group, and a represents an integer of 0 or 1.)
